and velocity at high resolution.

The air around a vehicle has a complex, invisible terrain. In SYNSETECH's contract CFD analysis, we use adaptive meshing and turbulence models to map that terrain at high resolution.

Drag reduction, improved cooling efficiency, increased downforce — we design the analysis to your objective and translate the results into implementable shape proposals.

REVERSE ENGINEERING

Building a digital twin
from the physical object.

We reconstruct high-precision surface models from point-cloud data captured by laser or 3D scanners, building digital twins that enable design and CFD analysis even for parts or vehicles with no existing CAD data.

We cover the full reverse-engineering workflow — from scan-data cleaning to surface fitting and conversion to analysis meshes. It is used in aftermarket parts development, classic-car restomods and aerodynamic improvement projects for existing vehicles.
