SYNSETECH LTD ("we", "us") operates the QUAD-G METER mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what data the App processes and how.

Data We Collect

Data	Purpose	Shared with
Location (GPS)	Used on-device to calculate speed, lap times, and driving metrics while the App is in use.	Not shared. Processed locally on your device.
Purchase history	Used to verify and restore your Premium unlock entitlement.	RevenueCat (our in-app purchase infrastructure provider) and Apple/Google, as part of processing your purchase.

Session logs (sensor readings, lap times, CSV exports) created by the Data Logger feature are stored only on your device and are not uploaded to us or any third party.

Data We Do Not Collect

• No advertising identifiers or ad tracking
• No account creation, no personal contact information
• No analytics beyond the purchase processing described above

Third-Party Services

RevenueCat processes purchase receipts to confirm and restore your Premium entitlement. Apple (App Store) and Google (Play Store) process payment and purchase records as the platform operators.

Data Retention

Location and sensor data used for live metrics are not retained by us. Session logs you create with the Data Logger remain on your device until you delete them. Purchase entitlement status is retained by RevenueCat/Apple/Google per their own retention policies.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

株式会社SYNSETECH(以下「当社」)は、モバイルアプリケーション「QUAD-G METER」(以下「本アプリ」)を提供しています。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリが取り扱うデータの内容と取り扱い方法について説明するものです。

収集する情報

位置情報(GPS)	本アプリ使用中、速度・ラップタイム・走行データの算出に端末内で利用します。	外部への共有はありません。端末内でのみ処理されます。
購入履歴	プレミアム機能解除の権利確認・復元のために利用します。	決済処理を担うRevenueCat社、およびApple/Google(購入処理の一環として)。

データロガー機能で作成されるセッション記録(センサー値・ラップタイム・CSVエクスポート)は端末内にのみ保存され、当社や第三者へアップロードされることはありません。

収集しない情報

• 広告識別子・広告トラッキングは行いません
• アカウント作成や個人の連絡先情報の取得は行いません
• 上記の購入処理以外の分析目的でのデータ収集は行いません

第三者サービス

RevenueCatは購入レシートを処理し、プレミアム機能の権利確認・復元を行います。Apple(App Store)およびGoogle(Play Store)は、各プラットフォーム運営者として決済・購入記録を処理します。

データの保持

リアルタイム計測に使用する位置情報・センサーデータは当社側では保持しません。データロガーで作成したセッション記録は、ユーザーが削除するまで端末内に残ります。購入権利の状態はRevenueCat/Apple/Googleの各ポリシーに従って保持されます。

お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは子供を対象としたものではなく、子供の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

本ポリシーは随時更新される場合があります。変更内容は本ページに掲載し、更新日を改訂します。
