SYNSETECH LTD ("we", "us") operates the OBD Gear Indicator mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what data the App processes and how.
None. The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on our servers. We operate no server or backend for the App, and no information ever leaves your device.

Settings and learned gear ratios remain on your device and are removed when you delete the App.
The App uses Bluetooth Low Energy solely to connect to an ELM327 OBD-II adapter that you own and select. Bluetooth is not used for location, for advertising, or for any form of tracking. The Bluetooth background mode is declared only so the link to the adapter is not dropped while the phone is mounted in your vehicle and the screen locks or another app is briefly opened.
Motion sensor access is used only to show acceleration and braking force on screen in real time. The readings are not recorded and are not sent anywhere.
The App offers a single one-time purchase that unlocks the full display. Payment is handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play; we never see or receive your payment details.
To confirm that the purchase belongs to you, the App uses RevenueCat, Inc. as its purchase-validation service. RevenueCat receives the store receipt together with a randomly generated, anonymous identifier created on your device. No account, name, or email address is created or sent. The identifier is not linked to you and is discarded if you delete the App. Reinstalling the App creates a new identifier; your purchase is recovered through the store with “Restore purchase”.
The App uses no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only third-party service it contacts is RevenueCat, described above, and only for purchase validation.
Apart from the anonymous purchase record described above, we retain no data, because we receive none. Settings and learned gear ratios are retained on your device until you reset them in the App or delete the App.
The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The App is a supplementary display. Mount your device where it does not obstruct your view, operate it only when it is safe to do so, and follow all applicable traffic laws.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

ありません。本アプリは、個人データを収集・送信・当社サーバーへ保存することは一切ありません。本アプリ用のサーバーやバックエンドは運用しておらず、情報が端末外へ送信されることはありません。

設定および学習したギヤ比は端末内に保存され、本アプリを削除すると消去されます。
本アプリはBluetooth Low Energyを、お客様が所有し選択したELM327 OBD-IIアダプターへの接続にのみ使用します。位置情報の取得、広告、その他一切のトラッキングには使用しません。Bluetoothのバックグラウンドモードは、車両に固定した状態で画面がロックされたり他のアプリを一時的に開いたりした際にアダプターとの接続が切れないようにする目的でのみ宣言しています。
モーションセンサーへのアクセスは、加速・減速の強さを画面にリアルタイム表示する目的にのみ使用します。測定値の記録や外部送信は行いません。
本アプリには、表示機能をすべて解除する買い切りのアプリ内課金（1種類のみ）があります。決済はApp StoreまたはGoogle Playが行い、当社がお客様の支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。
購入の確認には、購入検証サービスとして RevenueCat, Inc. を利用しています。RevenueCatへは、ストアが発行したレシートと、端末上で無作為に生成された匿名の識別子のみが送信されます。アカウントの作成はなく、氏名やメールアドレスを送信することもありません。この識別子はお客様個人と結び付いておらず、本アプリを削除すると失われます。再インストールすると新しい識別子が作られますが、購入自体は「購入を復元」からストア経由で引き継げます。
本アプリは、第三者のアナリティクス・広告・トラッキングサービスを一切使用していません。通信する第三者サービスは、上記の購入検証のための RevenueCat のみです。
上記の匿名の購入記録を除き、当社はデータを受け取らないため、保持するデータもありません。設定および学習したギヤ比は、アプリ内でリセットするか本アプリを削除するまで端末内に残ります。
本アプリはお子様向けではなく、お子様の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
本アプリは補助的な表示装置です。視界を妨げない位置に固定し、操作は安全な状況でのみ行い、交通法規を遵守してご使用ください。
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定することがあります。変更内容は改定日とともに本ページに掲載します。
